For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Sun City Welding Academy permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Sun City Welding Academy’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of Sun City Welding Academy and will not be returned.
I acknowledge that since my participation at Sun City Welding Academy is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Sun City Welding Academy to edit, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos for purposes of publicizing Sun City Welding Academy’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I wave any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Sun City Welding Academy from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of any estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
The Sun City Welding Academy cell phone policy offers general guidelines for using personal and company cell phones during work hours.
The purpose of this policy is to help us all get the most out of the advantages cell phones offer our company while minimizing distractions, accidents, and frustrations improper cell phone use can cause.
This policy applies to all Sun City Welding Academy students/employees. Cell Phone Use
Guidelines:
The following are Sun City Welding Academy’s basic guidelines for proper student/employee cell phone use during work hours. In general, cell phones should not be used when they could pose a security or safety risk, or when they distract from work tasks:
Disciplinary Action:
Improper use of cell phones may result in disciplinary action. Continued use of cell phones at inappropriate times or in ways that distract from work may lead to having cell phone privileges revoked.
Cell phone usage for illegal or dangerous activity, for purposes of harassment, or in ways that violate the company confidentiality policy may result in employee termination.
A full or partial refund may also be due in other circumstances
requirements for career schools and colleges.
A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed. A full refund will also be made to any student who cancels enrollment within the student’s first three scheduled class days, except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.
